What can we do about physical pain to release the causes or blockages?

We are here tonight — with you at all times.

The physical body is imperfect by design.  Each of you chooses a set of characteristics that will create the body perfect for you to learn your desired lessons.

And, the physical body has accidents that are unplanned, so it is not all ordained in advance.

You can put stress on your body that creates damage and you may experience pain or weaknesses related to genetic defects.

Over time, the body will start to deteriorate or become worn out in some areas more than others, leading to imbalances.

As we mentioned when you asked about sleep, the physical body needs time to rest and heal from the stresses you place on it.  Pain is a sign that something is wrong or needs attention.  If you don’t listen to the signs of discomfort when they are small, you will find increasing discomfort until you listen of something breaks down.

One of the best exercises is to let the energy run through your body, as this helps to prevent blockages that can cause even more problems.

Rest and relaxation are part of the necessary balance, so make sure you get enough.  Few in your society are willing to allow themselves to rest enough.  You need to rest your body, your mind, your emotions and your thoughts.
You can do exercises to strengthen areas that are weak. Start slowly and work up to more strenuous ones. A doctor or physical therapist and similar people can help you learn what is the right plan for your particular body.

Listen to your body.  Talk to it.  Ask each part that hurts to tell what it needs.  You may feel silly and you may get unexpected answers.  Listen anyway.

Your body will respond to rest and to gentle questioning. As you learn to listen to your body, the message will become clearer.

[At that point, I listened to my body and went to sleep for about 10 minutes.]
