What would be good for us to know about taking care of our own energy hygiene?

Question:  What would be good for us to know about taking care of our own energy hygiene?

We are here with you tonight.

This is a very important question and very important now with all the various things happening around you. 

Your ability to stay connected is vital to your health and well-being.  Disruptions of many things are highly probable in the near future so you can train yourself now to withstand what is coming.

The magnitude, pace and impact of the changes will be felt all over the physical world. 

As we have said before, the changes going on internally are visible in external ways — such as storm, earthquakes, earth movements, weather fluctuations, etc.
The cultural and physical (structural) changes are also happening at a very fast pace.  These are less obvious now, but will be revealed over the next few years.

In 5 years, you will look back with amazement at all that has been accomplished.  We told you about the split between those who feel joy and those who feel fear.  Those feelings right now are an undercurrent that will grow and become more visible throughout your year.

There will be many “shocks” that help to awaken people who are ready to wake up from the “dream” of being cozy in the “way it has always been.”

To answer your question with specific details, we suggest:
  1. Daily meditation.  How long is up to you.  Connect to “All That Is” and spend whatever amount of time feels right for you.
  2. Good diet.  Eliminate alcohol, cigarettes, chemicals, drugs, etc.  Eat a balanced diet that is right for your body type.
  3. Eat consciously.  Be grateful for all that has been provided for you to nourish your body.
  4. Exercise your body regularly in a way that works for you.
  5. Be sure to get enough rest.
  6. Balance your work and make sure you have time for play, study and rest (the 4 pillars).
  7. Watch your thoughts.  Be aware of martyrdom, anger, arrogance, stubbornness, etc. 
  8. Learn to see the good (God) in everyone and every situation and every person you interact with.
  9. Be gentle and loving with yourself also.  Eliminate self-criticism of all kinds.  There is no room for that any more.
  10. Fill yourself with the positive energy of LOVE!!!  At all times.  Whenever you feel depleted or  weak or tired, do something that is uplifting for you —music, art, prayer, exercise — whatever works for you.  STOP all activities and obligations if necessary to get yourself back into a good place.
We are always with you.  Be aware of that and rest in our loving embrace.

Any message from [recently deceased wife of a friend]?

Question: Any messages from [wife of a friend] after her transition this afternoon. 

[My crown chakra started buzzing before we even got into the meditation and by the time it was done, I was finished writing the message, then just sat in the quiet space until time was called.  I may even have dozed off – it was so peaceful there. ]

Answer:  Yes, I am here.  Thank you so much!  Your energy of the group is like a beacon of light calling out to me.

It was time to leave.  I am well and at peace.  It is both confusing and very comforting to be here.  There was a big group waiting for me, so know that I am very much loved and peaceful where I am.

They tell me there will be some adjustment and a re-orientation though that won’t take long, then I will go to the life review process.

I will be contacting [my husband] as he is receptive as he does the physical things that need doing after someone moves on.  Please send him my very deep love and let him know that “all is well” and we will be together again soon.

There is no reason to worry.  It will all go smoothly and I will help as much as I can from this side.  Please let him know that I am right next to him at all times and can feel his love so very deeply still. 

I feel very blessed to have spent my life with him.  He is a very beautiful soul.
Let him know that I am as close as his breath and even though I am no longer in a physical body, I am very much alive and very well in my spirit.  He can reach me through his heart or his mind at any time.

What skills and abilities did I bring to this life from past lifetimes?

Question: What skills and abilities did I bring to this life from past lifetimes?

Answer:  We are here with you — your entity and Michael for support.
You brought may skills from before — diplomacy, communications, rituals, compassion, writing, child-rearing, hospitality, grounding, connecting with All That Is, etc. You also brought in education and deep knowledge of how to create a good and comfortable life for yourself.

While you have had harsh lifetimes, those have not been the major focus of your lifetimes as they have been form some other people.  Yes, you have had hard times, but you have not been ill or destitute or living on the streets.

You brought a deep inner faith and knowing that you could maneuver through this life and find what you needed to be successful.  You may not have been conscious of that at times — your Essence was working to arrange your life for you so that now at your retirement, you are healthy, safe, comfortable and can enjoy the rest of your life with minimum stress or concerns about supporting yourself.

Because of this, you are able to help many more people than if you were constantly struggling. This is an Old Soul lesson also.  Old Souls are the leaders and way-showers for the rest of humanity. As you are calm and can create a good life, others can see that it is possible and you help to reduce the unnecessary stress around you. 

There is a “grand plan” and there are individual plans — all fitting together.  There is much choice about how and what and when and there is a great deal of work done by your Essence that you are not aware of.  Your Entity, Cadre and other Cadres are closely in touch to figure out how to move the planet forward in the best way.

On the physical level, you will see it happening and — if you pay attention — you can catch glimmers of what is being “discussed.”

All is well, so don’t stress about what and when and how.  Set your intentions and leave it up to us to make it happen.
